About The Position

Kunes Auto & RV Group is a fast-growing, award-winning Automotive and RV dealership group with more than 45 locations across Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa and Minnesota. We’re currently seeking an IT Specialist to provide both onsite and remote support for our Twin Cities, Minnesota metro area dealerships. This position is field-based and will use a combination of a company-issued vehicle or reimbursed mileage if a personal vehicle is used. Very little overnight travel – a few days a year at most. Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent hands-on experience in an IT-related field.
3+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
Broad knowledge across multiple IT domains (hardware, networking, security, software, etc.).
Valid driver’s license and comfort traveling within assigned region.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite and remote IT support for dealership locations within a 35–75 mile local radius using a company-issued vehicle or mileage reimbursement.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues (wired and wireless).
Manage and resolve Help Desk tickets in a timely, professional manner.
Deploy and maintain IT assets, workstations, and infrastructure hardware.
Install, configure, and maintain network devices, firewalls, antivirus, and security systems.
Perform system upgrades and software installations.
Collaborate with end users, other IT Specialists, and regional IT leadership.
Occasional out-of-town travel for specialized projects (maybe a few times per year).
