The IT Support Specialist II serves as the primary on-site technical resource supporting employees across the Qualastat and C.E. Precision Assemblies business units. This role provides hands-on support for end users, desktop systems, network connectivity, and general IT infrastructure within a Windows-based environment. This individual will troubleshoot day-to-day technical issues, support hardware and software deployments, and assist with maintaining reliable and secure IT systems that support business operations. The role works closely with corporate IT resources, local leadership, and external vendors to ensure technology solutions remain stable, secure, and aligned with operational needs.
