About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team in an entry-level, full-time role. This position provides hands-on technical support across multiple properties and offices, assisting with equipment setup, troubleshooting, user onboarding, and day-to-day helpdesk requests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with users, and supporting technology operations in the field.

Requirements

  • Basic Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
  • Organized and dependable with good follow-through
  • Comfortable traveling locally between properties/sites
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service mindset with strong communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Set up new hire workstations, including laptops, phones, user accounts, and desk technology
  • Conduct quarterly technology checkups at assigned properties to ensure systems and equipment are functioning properly
  • Support technical onboarding for new hires, ensuring all systems access and equipment are ready
  • Provide basic technology training for employees on company systems and tools (excluding specialized platforms such as CINC), including login setup, device use, and standard software navigation
  • Create or follow simple onboarding tech checklists and training guides
  • Provide helpdesk support and respond to technical support tickets
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and related equipment
  • Assist with software installation and basic system configuration
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access issues
  • Document work completed and recurring technical issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors when needed
  • Travel to company properties and offices to perform technology setup and troubleshooting
