The ideal candidate is service-oriented, detail-focused, and comfortable working directly with users to resolve issues and help them use technology effectively.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in IT support, help desk, or desktop support roles
  • Strong troubleshooting capabilities across hardware, software, and business applications
  • Experience supporting Windows-based environments and productivity tools
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while adhering to established processes

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering end-user training
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience using ticketing systems and IT documentation platforms

Responsibilities

  • Provide help desk and general technical support for end-user hardware, software, and systems.
  • Set up and maintain end-user devices and software; support onboarding and offboarding by provisioning system access.
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot business applications, supporting upgrades and escalating infrastructure or network issues as appropriate.
  • Provide end-user training and guidance on standard business tools, including best practices and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain IT documentation while identifying and supporting process improvements.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on technical issues, system changes, and process improvements.
