We are seeking a dependable and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Gainesville, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site position with a consistent weekday schedule.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and related hardware.
  • Monitor system performance and resolve network connectivity issues.
  • Assist with onboarding of new employees, including setting up user accounts and equipment.
  • Maintain IT documentation, including inventory records and support tickets.
  • Ensure data security and assist with backups and antivirus software.
  • Support Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common office productivity tools.
  • Work with vendors and third-party support as needed.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on IT support or help desk experience.
  • Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office/365, and basic networking.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • A+ or similar certification is a plus.
