About The Position
Fayetteville Public Works Commission (PWC) is seeking a dedicated IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support for personal computers and users within our organization and external vendors. The role involves installing, setting up, modifying, and repairing computer hardware/software systems, managing user accounts, troubleshooting office automation-related hardware/software issues, and providing after-hours technical support on a rotating basis.
