We are seeking an individual to provide IT support in all of the Adams Land and Cattle facilities and locations. This is a temporary (6-9 month position) and is based out of our town office in Broken Bow, Nebraska.
Responding to IT ticket request submissions.
Assisting with server setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Managing Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
Overseeing PC, laptop, and tablet setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Assisting with network maintenance, security, and upgrades.
Providing rotational on-call IT support to Adams Land and Cattle employees.
Assisting with server and database backups/restores.
Assisting Development Team in roll-out of software installs and upgrades.
Maintaining a secure network through monitoring, security, and control.
Providing anti-virus solution maintenance.
Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, Networking, or other related discipline; 2 years of related experience in lieu of degree.
A+ certification.
Cisco Meraki knowledge is a plus.
Network design, LAN knowledge, and network tuning experience is a plus.
Excellent problem solving and diagnostic skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
2+ years experience with Windows Server 2016/2022/2025 setup and maintenance.
Virtual server management using Hyper-V.
Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, SMTP, SNMP.
Microsoft SQL Server Management.
Previous IT support or customer service experience.
