About The Position
The IT Support Engineer position is a contract role based in Whitestown, Indiana. The primary focus of this role is to provide technical support and operations for various IT systems and infrastructure. The engineer will be responsible for Level 1/2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices, as well as managing IT infrastructure and server environments. This position requires participation in an on-call rotation, which may include occasional weekend shifts.
