About The Position

Our initial crewed space habitat will be Haven-1, scheduled to be the world’s first commercial space station when it launches into low earth orbit in May 2026. Vast is looking for an IT Support Specialist, reporting to the Manager, IT, for providing day-to-day technical support to Vast’s internal employees and making sure systems run smoothly. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, providing timely and efficient solutions to their problems. Your expertise in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and exceptional customer service will be key to your success in this role. This is a full-time, non-exempt, in-person position in our Long Beach location.
