About The Position
The IT Support Specialist at S&S Activewear is a crucial role responsible for providing technical support and assistance to employees in the organization. The specialist will be involved in deploying and maintaining IT devices, including PCs, printers, scanners, and tablets, in both office and warehouse environments. In addition to technical skills, the IT Support Specialist must possess excellent communication abilities to effectively assist users with their IT-related issues. The position requires participation in the IT support ticket system to resolve user issues promptly and efficiently. The specialist will also support in-house software, including Microsoft 365, and will be responsible for maintaining user accounts in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD).
