The role includes providing support through troubleshooting activities for standard problems encountered by end-users. Essential duties include interacting with end-users in person, leading moderately complex projects, implementing solutions to technical and operational problems, mentoring less experienced teammates, serving as a team lead during management absence, and collaborating with the Engineering team when new technologies are introduced.
