The IT Support Specialist II will provide advanced technical support to students, faculty, staff, and administration by responding to issues that arrive at the service desk via support tickets, phone calls, emails and walk-ins. The work is performed in the IT Service Desk but will require going to different areas across campus to support end-users and is the first point of contact for the IT department. Standard working hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm with adjustments made based on after-hours events.
