The IT Support Specialist I will provide the first level of IT support to employees by troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person and remotely. Accountable for the first level of contact with the customer, ensuring they are helped quickly and efficiently while providing technical assistance, software support, hardware repairs, and excellent customer service. This position will require regular (every week) in-person attendance at one of our Foley Equipment offices with a partial week work-from-home opportunity. At this time, fully-remote is not available. Kansas City preferred.
