About The Position
At Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB), we don't just provide water and electricity - we deliver essential services that are vital to the community. We are seeking a self-motivated IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to end users related to computer systems, hardware, software, telephone, and video conferencing solutions. This is an important position that helps keep EWEB running. As an IT Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work on a high-performing team in a collaborative environment and will work closely with employees at all levels of the organization from the executive team to contractors. You will also have exposure to a wide variety of technology across the spectrum from hardware, software, storage, virtual environments, networking, communications, and remote working solutions.
