The IT Support Services Specialist is responsible for providing an excellent customer experience to all users and stakeholders at Stark Tech by providing hands on technical support and troubleshooting. As part of the IT team, this individual will answer tickets and any sort of request from end users according to department processes. Participation in projects, and ongoing initiatives, such as the onboarding and setup of new users with IT systems and equipment will be required under direction from management and the senior members on the team.
