Saab, Inc. is seeking a motivated IT Support Professional to join the IT Support Team and be responsible for providing technical support in an enterprise IT environment. The role includes administering and optimizing unified endpoint management (UEM) systems, configuring and troubleshooting Windows-based computers and Active Directory systems, creating and managing group policies, and identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems. The IT Support Professional will address moderately difficult assignments, applying judgment to resolve issues, troubleshoot and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, routing, VPN), and communicate technical information effectively across diverse audiences. Additionally, the role involves recommending, implementing, and maintaining hardware and software solutions, contributing to IT infrastructure projects, conducting training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications, and participating in an on-call rotation. The position requires overnight travel of 10%.
