About The Position

We are seeking a talented IT Support - PowerBi Specialist to join our dynamic team at 1 Resource Group . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise in Power BI to enhance our data visualization and reporting capabilities. Your contributions will help drive informed decision-making processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support for Power BI, including troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring data accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design dashboards, and implement effective data visualization solutions. Assist users in creating reports and dashboards that meet their analytical needs, offering best practices and guidance. Conduct training sessions for team members on utilizing Power BI and interpreting data effectively. Stay updated with Power BI enhancements and industry trends to continually improve our reporting frameworks. Work with the IT team to maintain the overall integrity and security of data sources connected to Power BI. Requirements Qualifications & Experience Proven experience in technical support, particularly with Power BI. Strong understanding of data visualization concepts and practices. Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Benefits
