They are looking to add paid interns to their team who are looking to develop their technical skillset and start their career in the IT industry. The ideal candidate is an energetic, flexible, and driven individual with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for new technologies. They should be a results-oriented, enthusiastic, hardworking team player committed to personal and professional development, possessing excellent customer service and communication skills. Requirements

  • Foundational computer knowledge on Windows or Mac platforms
  • A genuine interest in troubleshooting, learning, and growing in IT
  • A planned career path in the IT services industry
  • Eagerness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Excellent time management and ability to stay organized
  • Reliable, professional, and committed to delivering great support
  • Clear and confident verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, friendly way
  • Able to lift and carry computer components up to 50lbs
  • Comfortable working with hardware when needed
  • Must be able to commute daily to our Washington DC office

  • Any exposure to helpdesk, support, or customer‑facing roles

Responsibilities

  • Learn and provide support of desktop and laptop systems
  • Provide break/fix service for desktop and laptop systems
  • Perform operating system and application loading
  • Manage application configurations and user settings
  • Perform desktop administrative duties
  • Record, track, and escalate cases through the established tracking system
  • Help keep documentation up to date and in tip-top shape
  • Work directly with clients, both remotely and onsite
  • Coordinate projects and tasks seamlessly with the Service Delivery team members
