About The Position

Over 90 years of quality products and superior service. Job Description Responsibilities: Computer Deployment: Unbox and inventory new computer hardware. Perform operating system imaging and software installation. Configure computers according to company standards. Prepare computers for shipment to employees at various remote sites. Package and ship computer equipment securely. Inventory and Organization: Assist in organizing and maintaining accurate inventory of IT equipment. Label and track equipment using inventory management systems. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Hardware Troubleshooting: Assist in troubleshooting basic hardware issues (e.g., monitor problems, peripheral connectivity). Perform basic hardware repairs or replacements under supervision. First-Line User Support: Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in person. Assist users with basic software and hardware issues. Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff. Help to maintain a trouble ticket system. General IT Support: Assist the IT team with various projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program related to Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part1 of a team.
  • Ability to lift2 and move computer equipment.
  • Must be able to work daily on site.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer-sponsored visa (work permit).

Nice To Haves

  • A+ certification, or working towards it, is a plus.
