Nice To Haves

• Experience with Hyper-V or PowerShell is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Learn and provide support for desktop and laptop systems, including break/fix service, operating system and application loading, application configurations, and user settings.
• Record, track, and escalate cases through our established tracking system.
• Help keep documentation up to date and organized.
• Work directly with clients, both remotely and onsite, as part of a friendly and knowledgeable team.
• Coordinate projects and tasks with Service Delivery team members and the advanced technical team.
