Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Programming or a related field.
  • Eligible to start a full-time internship (40 hours p/w) for 6 months.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Troubleshooting skills and eagerness to learn.
  • Good communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Install and prepare the computers and software for new employees.
  • Support TomTom employees in daily issues regarding their hardware or software.
  • Manage user accounts.
  • Assist internal customers via face-to-face, mail, phone, and call tracking system.
  • Align with other Support team members throughout the different regions within the global team.
