About The Position
AIM IT Services is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated IT Support Help Desk Technician at the entry level to join our dynamic team. As a member of our IT support team, you will be integral in providing top-notch service to our clients, ensuring their IT needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. In this role, you will be responsible for answering and triaging support requests, performing hardware installations and upgrades, and providing basic user management through tools like Active Directory and Office 365. You will also troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and Office applications, maintain desktop systems, and assist with basic network support. This position is ideal for someone looking to develop a solid foundation in computer systems and network troubleshooting while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
