The role involves providing Help Desk support, monitoring and responding to IT Help Desk requests, modifying configurations for workstations, maintaining Help Desk tracking software, documenting internal procedures, assisting with onboarding, ensuring workstation setups, installing and configuring new equipment, maintaining inventory, reporting issues, managing PC setups for new employees, and performing hardware and software upgrades as needed.
