We're looking for a sharp, client-savvy Field Support Technician to join our growing MSP team. You'll be the tech hero our NYC-area clients see face-to-face, solving everything from "my printer won't work" to complex network issues while maintaining the behind-the-scenes infrastructure that keeps their businesses running smoothly. You'll work from home most of the time, but expect to be on-site with clients in Manhattan 2-3 days per week. One day you might be troubleshooting a network issue at a law firm in Midtown, the next you're setting up new workstations for a financial services company in FiDi, and by Friday you're responding to urgent tickets remotely while sipping coffee in your home office. As an MSP, we support multiple clients across different industries—which means you'll never be bored. You'll handle a mix of reactive support (tickets, emergencies, the occasional "everything is on fire" call) and proactive work (updates, monitoring, preventative maintenance).
