The IT Support Engineer primarily handles on-site and remote support of employees in the use of their computers, mobile devices, enterprise systems and other technology. They will serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance. They will also help support and manage IT infrastructure including IT systems, networks, and enterprise applications and be responsible for support, management, and configuration of IT assets. This position is not eligible for telecommuting and will report for work in our corporate office.
