The IT Support Engineer I is responsible for the technical support at all Vericast locations; analyzes and resolves faults, whether it is a major system crash or a forgotten password while undertaking routine preventative measures and deploying new hardware to users. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES The Support Engineer I has responsibility for Windows and MAC support including patch management and vulnerability management, along with system and hardware refreshes.
