We're looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated IT Support Engineer to join our global IT team. This role is a key player in ensuring our employees have the best possible technology experience from their first day and throughout their time with us. You'll be responsible for a range of critical functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, inventory management, and resolving day-to-day support requests. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for solving problems and helping others. You will act as a technical resource for your peers and be a driving force in improving our processes and procedures.

  • Handle and prioritize a diverse range of support tickets and requests within our Jira Service Management platform.
  • Own the full user lifecycle, including provisioning and de-provisioning accounts and equipment across all core systems.
  • Administer critical SaaS applications, including Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
  • Utilize Jamf, Intune and NinjaOne to manage, secure, and troubleshoot macOS and Windows devices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date IT inventory records, overseeing the entire asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal.
  • Proactively identify trending issues, develop scalable solutions, and contribute to the automation of IT processes.
  • Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation and knowledge base articles within Confluence.
  • Manage and execute IT projects of medium complexity, often requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in managing and troubleshooting enterprise applications and hardware.
  • Advanced, hands-on experience with macOS and/or Windows operating systems.
  • Proficient in administering corporate applications like Google Workspace, Okta, and Slack.
  • Practical experience with MDM solutions like Jamf and adept at using ticketing systems like Jira and knowledge bases like Confluence.
  • Skilled at identifying recurring technical issues and implementing solutions with minimal guidance.
  • Experience in owning and successfully executing IT assignments of medium complexity.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to distill complex technical concepts for any audience.
  • Focus on making a tangible impact and improving practices and procedures.
