We’re looking for a proactive IT Support Specialist to keep Wurl’s employees productive and secure across a modern SaaS-driven technology environment. This role will own frontline IT operations—provisioning and maintaining laptops, managing user accounts across a variety of platforms, and ensuring that employee onboarding and offboarding are smooth, secure, and efficient. You’ll work closely with our Engineering, HR, and Security teams to ensure that our systems—ranging from Apple hardware to cloud-hosted collaboration tools—run reliably and securely for all employees.
