About The Position

Infor is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer who will be responsible for assisting corporate employees with ‘client side' technology, including PC maintenance, peripheral support, mobile phone support, audio/visual tools, troubleshooting, management of software and management of company assets. This person will perform installation, configuration and upgrade tasks that may require some research and analysis. This person should have knowledge of Windows /macOS Laptop maintenance and their operating systems.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a corporate environment handling IT Support.
  • Experience with MAC and PC.
  • Prior AV experience.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
  • Any IT related certifications, i.e Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).

Responsibilities

  • Assists corporate employees with ‘client technology' problems and requests.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of company's PCs/laptops.
  • Performs installation, configuration, and upgrade tasks.
  • Serves as troubleshooter on PC problems on all levels.
  • Researches and evaluates hardware and software updates.
  • Responds to requests and serves as troubleshooter on various problems.
  • Assists corporate employees with audio visual problems and requests.
  • Assists corporate employees with the use of video conferencing solutions.
