Boston Engineering is looking for an IT Support Engineer to assist with managing our internal help desk in a Windows/macOS environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting end-users by troubleshooting, researching, and resolving a variety of technical issues. You'll handle support requests via phone, email, chat, and direct inquiries, ensuring that each issue is documented, tracked, and resolved in a timely manner. Successful candidates will have a strong background in computer systems and will help manage the Windows/macOS infrastructure of Boston Engineering.
