The US Oncology Network is looking for an Information Technology (IT) Support Coordinator to join our team at Texas Oncology! This full-time position will support our Lubbock, Texas, and surrounding West Texas locations. Regular travel to these practices is required.   • Assists in answering calls from end users and troubleshoots and resolves routine computer, printer, & copier requests.
  • Provides basic computer maintenance to achieve optimum PC performance, including check disk, defragmentation, and electronic mail box assistance.
  • Escalates non-routine issues to next level of support.
  • Documents and maintains records of end user issues, network issues, support, vendor communications, and hardware/software orders and shipping.
  • May assist coworkers with computer systems operations including maintenance; hardware purchasing, shipping, and receiving; and hardware/software installation.
  • May set up and delete user IDs and passwords in practice management systems and submits requests to the corporate office for user accounts in file server and email systems.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with an affinity for Information Technology is required.
  • Prior computer network experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications required.
