Operations Technology Solutions (OTS) is a critical component of Amazon's operations, known for its speed, accuracy, and exceptional service. As an IT Support Associate II, you will play a vital role in supporting the operations team by resolving technical issues within Amazon's facilities across a defined geographical area. This position requires a self-motivated individual who is eager to take on new challenges and help foster solutions to the technical hurdles faced by the team. You will be responsible for supporting IT infrastructure, developing new technology in-house, and ensuring that our operations run smoothly to delight our customers by delivering packages efficiently. In this role, you will be tasked with allocating, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities. You will handle support requests and procedures across the network, assist in training new hires, and engage in continuous learning of new technologies. Your responsibilities will also include supporting customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers. The position requires physical stamina, as you will need to move equipment weighing up to 49lbs and may be required to stand and walk for shifts lasting up to 12 hours.
