The University at Albany's Office of Facilities Management seeks to hire a skilled and motivated individual that can support a diverse group of end users across the Office of Facilities Management. The successful candidate will be service oriented, possess excellent customer service skills, and have the ability to effectively communicate with customers over the phone, in person and by e-mail as they assist customers with a wide range of technical proficiency. The IT Support Assistant works within the Administrative Services Unit and reports directly to the Information Technology Manager for the Office of Facilities Management.
