About The Position

The IT Support Analyst at Wheelabrator Gloucester Company is responsible for providing technical support and oversight for Tiffany's Premier Retail Landmark location. This role involves managing the delivery of new technologies, supporting existing systems, and ensuring effective service delivery through incident, problem, and change management. The analyst will work closely with regional IT teams and local operations to adapt to various technologies and environments, requiring onsite availability five days a week, with potential weekend support.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years experience in IT support & service delivery function
  • Experience with Windows 10, Windows 11, Apple iOS, and Office 365 Tools
  • Experience with Active Directory and User/Endpoint Management Administration
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Experience with command line (i.e. PowerShell)
  • Ability to build and maintain business partnerships
  • Ability to approach technical challenges from a business perspective
  • Ability to perform basic financial analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree in IT or equivalent certifications
  • Experience with Software Management and Distribution
  • Experience with Video Conference and Collaboration technologies
  • Experience with Cisco/Meraki Switching, Wireless
  • Experience with IP addressing (Subnetting and assignment)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery and support of Infrastructure technology including lifecycle management programs.
  • Support Cegid Point of Sale systems and VLM Automation.
  • Oversee endpoint technology including PC, MAC, mobile devices, printers, and telephones.
  • Deliver and maintain software applications and processes.
  • Provide weekly/monthly reporting on incidents and service requests, performing trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT groups to resolve issues and escalate to Corporate IT as needed.
  • Fulfill hardware requests and manage deployment with vendors.
  • Identify gaps in processes and knowledgebase articles, partnering with IT and Operations for documentation development.
  • Coordinate training events for new and existing employees alongside the retail excellence team.
  • Manage relationships with all business units and IT partners, ensuring incidents are resolved within agreed SLAs.
