In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoints using Intune and other management platforms. We’re looking for an individual with problem-solving abilities, capable of taking full ownership of issues and seeing them through to resolution.

Requirements

  • Associate degree in Information Technology or related field with three years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and OU’s.
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft Intune solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of endpoint management, security, and compliance using Intune.
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, etc.) for automation and customization.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Apple devices and 3rd party patching solutions desired.
  • Appropriate technical certification(s) are preferred (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate.).

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with IT Security and IT Technology Adoption Teams to create and manage Microsoft devices and policies
  • Develop and distribute software and driver patches in relevant management platform and then manage deployment.
  • Support and enhance the laptop imaging process.
  • Help with automation solutions for the IT Technical Support Team.
  • Take ownership and maintain Apple device functionality as well as create and manage Apple application and policy pushes.
  • Documentation of policies and practices involved around the Support Administrator role.
  • Provide next-level support for IT Technical Support Team.
