The IT Summer Help position will focus on projects that support system upgrades, user lifecycle management, and IT process improvements across the organization. Essential Duties and Responsibilities : Perform Windows 11 in-place upgrades for 100+ devices Image and deploy replacement devices when upgrades are not possible Assist in auditing and scripting onboarding and offboarding processes Support efforts to reduce onboarding/offboarding time and manual data entry Develop and standardize IT documentation and formatting practices Review and audit existing documentation for accuracy and usefulness Identify obsolete documentation and present for weekly review Assist with helpdesk operations and resolve low-level technical support tickets
