About The Position
As the IT Strategy Lead at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the IT function. You will work closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and executive leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives, ensuring that technology investments deliver maximum value. Your responsibilities will include overseeing key projects and initiatives, facilitating communication and collaboration across departments, and developing best practices for IT strategy and governance. You will also monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions, manage relationships with external vendors, and oversee financial management of the IT department, including budget processes and vendor management. Additionally, you will take charge of audit, compliance, and security oversight, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards, while analyzing data to provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.
