CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to enhance user experiences by creating and improving applications. This remote position requires a candidate who can identify opportunities for improvement in collaboration with business partners, make recommendations, and design and implement effective solutions. The Senior Integration Engineer will manage multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role also involves troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues, mentoring associate engineers, and providing leadership through motivation, coaching, and delegation. In this position, the Senior Integration Engineer will lead smaller Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) teams on medium to large complex projects, focusing heavily on Clinical and Revenue Cycle management product lines and workflows. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating code and peer reviews to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements, collaborating with application and project teams to define design and unit testing scenarios, and leading cross-functional application development activities to achieve project objectives. The engineer will also be responsible for authoring enterprise policies, procedures, or guidelines, researching and recommending best practices and tools, and managing source code/versioning functions in accordance with technical management guidelines.
