Requirements

• High School Degree and Bachelor's degree in data processing /related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Installation, removal and maintenance of servers, cabling and networking equipment
• Experience with fiber optic technologies and structured cabling to include testing and remediation
• Ability to logically diagnose faulty hardware components and layer one connectivity issues
• Knowledge of data center rack power and connectivity requirements
• Knowledge of day-to-day operational support of enterprise data center
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
• Be able to lift and move approximately 50 lbs.

• Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Use of ticketing systems such as Jira and ServiceNow
• Familiarity with data center infrastructure management tools (DCIM, CMDB)
