About The Position
It’s all on you… because behind every productive Chainguardian is an exceptional IT experience. And you are the key to delivering it! You're the unsung hero behind the scenes, turning chaos into calm and “uh-ohs” into “all set!” Not all heroes wear capes, but we won’t be mad if you show up to all-hands rocking one. Mask optional. Where we will really need your superpowers is powering our remote-first culture by making tools, systems, and support feel like flying. You’ll keep things humming across laptops, logins, and the occasional AV fire drill with no drama but plenty of memes! You will be enabling people to do their best work, quickly, securely and confidently. You’ve got this! Yes, this role is fully remote, but we’re looking for someone based in the U.S. Eastern Time zone to keep collaboration smooth and support timely.
