Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field.
• 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Active Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide system administration and training support.
• Maintain databases for existing management information systems, analyzing and solving computer problems.
• Follow maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users.
• Maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems, including hardware and software.
• Document system performance and support data backup.
• Support the organization's technical point of contact for wireless services.
