About The Position

As a Warehouse IT Specialist at Weee! Inc, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure within the warehouse environment. This includes managing networks, security systems, and various IT equipment to ensure smooth operations. The role requires a solid technical background, experience in IT project coordination, and strong organizational skills to effectively support warehouse operations and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in IT support.
  • Proficient in configuring network devices and troubleshooting network issues.
  • Experienced in computer troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac OS, and Linux OS.
  • Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with security camera systems and badge systems.
  • Experience with server installation, configuration, and management.
  • Proficiency in Linux systems, including setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with VMware deployment and high availability configuration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with teams and end users.

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse-related IT support experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain IT infrastructure, including WAN/LAN networks, Access Points, and security systems.
  • Provide daily IT support for warehouse operations, including network, desktop/server, and various IT equipment.
  • Maintain all IT equipment and automation systems in good working condition.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/PC operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory and user access privileges.
  • Build and maintain warehouse automation systems related to IT servers and applications.
  • Analyze error reports and system alerts to identify issues with robotic systems and other equipment.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and performance metrics.
  • Write SOPs and user manuals, and provide IT training to end users.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and projects.
