Requirements

Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
Experience with hardware and network troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance
Experience in network cabling installation, testing, and documentation
Understanding of LAN/WAN connectivity, VLANs, and network configurations
2+ years of relevant experience preferred
Excellent relationship, problem-solving, and communication skills
Balance of big-picture awareness and attention to detail
Strong communication & service mindset
Passionate about technology, detail-oriented, humble, and eager to learn
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when necessary

Responsibilities

Provide remote and on-site technology support
Assist various teams with technology needs
Install and configure networking infrastructure (equipment, cabling, switches, routers, access points)
Deploy/maintain servers, PCs, and peripherals
Install servers, PCs, printers, and peripherals on-site
Collaborate with teams to solve challenges
