The IT Specialist provides hands-on support to ensure the smooth daily operation of technology for our small team of about 35 staff, while also contributing to strategic IT initiatives and system improvements. The (title) will be responsible for day to day management of our IT ticketing system, MDM system, events support, and other projects as needed. This role reports to the Head of IT and helps with the management of IT infrastructure and support services for FJS as well as affiliated in-building entities and staff through service agreements. This is a highly collaborative role that blends direct user support with systems monitoring, documentation, participation and some leadership in IT projects.
