As we continue to grow, we are seeking a versatile IT Specialist to support our expanding operations and help strengthen our technology infrastructure. The IT Specialist will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving the company’s technology systems. This individual will provide hands-on technical support to staff across multiple locations, manage hardware and software systems, ensure network reliability, and support secure data management. The ideal candidate is adaptable, resourceful, and able to balance day-to-day IT support needs with long-term technology projects.

  • Provide technical support for end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Manage company email, user accounts, and permissions across systems.
  • Maintain secure networks, firewalls, and VPNs for remote and field-based staff.
  • Assist with system upgrades, backups, and data security protocols.
  • Support technology needs for training facilities and field teams working in major cities.
  • Maintain IT inventory, including procurement and lifecycle management of equipment.
  • Collaborate with management to identify opportunities for IT process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and data protection policies.
  • Provide training to staff on IT systems, best practices, and security awareness.
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Experience with networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls).
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and data protection standards.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and support teams in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to company sites across the U.S.
  • Experience supporting mobile workforce operations.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms
  • Background in security-focused organizations or industries.
  • Familiarity with specialized software for training or operations management.
