We are seeking an IT Specialist to join our IT Operations team at Harbinger Motors. Requirements

  • Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and JumpCloud
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite, Slack, and Zoom administration
  • Experience with endpoint management and patching tools (Action1 preferred)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across SaaS, identity, networking, and endpoints
  • Working knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
  • Ability to support macOS, Windows, and Linux environments
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice To Haves

  • JumpCloud certifications
  • Strong Linux administration experience (this one carries weight)
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Experience working with APIs and system integrations
  • You believe automation is better than manual fixes
  • You understand that coffee is not technically a monitoring tool, but productivity metrics suggest otherwise

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize JumpCloud (directory services, device management, policy enforcement, MFA, SSO)
  • Action user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access changes) with a security-first mindset
  • Administer and support Google Workspace, Atlassian (Jira/Confluence), Slack, and Zoom
  • Administer SaaS permissions, groups, and integrations to enforce least-privilege access
  • Deploy and maintain Action1 for patching, monitoring, and endpoint compliance
  • Support macOS, Windows, and Linux endpoints
  • Maintain and troubleshoot AV systems, including Neat equipment, Zoom Rooms, company all hands equipment (audio mixer, microphones, PTZ camera)
  • Ensure conference rooms work before the meeting starts
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripting and system integrations
  • Leverage APIs to streamline workflows across platforms
  • Document systems, configurations, and processes clearly
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support across hardware, software, and identity systems
