About The Position

We are looking for a proactive IT Specialist and support individual to maintain our technology infrastructure and provide technical assistance to our team. In this role, the candidate will be the first point of contact for hardware and software issues, ensuring our systems run smoothly and our data remains secure.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in an IT support or help desk role
  • Strong command of Windows, Microsoft 365(team, outlook, SharePoint), and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and find creative solutions under pressure.
  • The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a patient, friendly manner.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365: Familiarity with D365 modules and troubleshooting basic data entry workflows will be extremely helpful.
  • CompTIA A+
  • Network+
  • Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt assistance to employees regarding computer hardware, software, and networking issues (in-person and remote).
  • Install, configure, and upgrade workstations, laptops, and peripheral equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Monitor and maintain office networks, including Wi-Fi, VPNs, and local servers.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and antivirus software.
  • Track hardware assets and software licenses; recommend new purchases when equipment becomes obsolete.
  • Create simple "how-to" guides for staff to troubleshoot common tech issues independently.
