About The Position
We are looking for a dynamic, customer service-oriented IT Specialist to support our prestigious Law Firm client in San Francisco. You will provide first level of voice and email support for all IT Helpdesk tickets and resolve all the tickets within SLA and if required can escalate and clearly communicate the problems to next level.
