About The Position
The position involves serving as the administrator of Health Information System accounts, which includes suspending, disabling, or inactivating accounts as necessary. The incumbent will resolve inquiries and problems related to Health Information Systems access and coordinate with the Credentialing Section of the Quality Management Division to ensure all credentialing is completed prior to assigning user functionalities or clinics. Additionally, the role requires providing technical advice and assistance to computer personnel regarding system software malfunctions, uses, capabilities, and hardware limits. The incumbent will also maintain the functionality and availability of systems, including deploying Clinical End User Device operating systems, maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting end-user devices, peripherals, and medical devices.
