Work You'll Do As a Project Delivery Lead on the project, you will: Oversee and maintain the entire data center environment, including virtualization infrastructure and both physical and virtual servers, ensuring system resilience and robust support. Plan, implement, and monitor cluster-based server and technology infrastructure, integrating new solutions and managing storage area networks (SANs) for secure, redundant data retention and access. Perform regular systems administration, including availability, performance tuning, upgrades, recovery planning, and secure integration/support of SIPRNET with ongoing configuration and troubleshooting. Lead and supervise a technical team, delivering guidance, incident response, and coordinated systems management in close collaboration with cybersecurity professionals to enforce policies and mitigate vulnerabilities. Develop and update documentation, SOPs, and system status reports to provide transparency and support informed leadership decisions, while ensuring compliance with defense and IT security standards. Support end users by resolving incidents, optimizing user experience across domains, and continuously evaluating and enhancing system performance, efficiency, security, and scalability. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
  • 8+ years of experience in System Administration and supporting large enterprise system.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Senior technical advisor or Manager.
  • 5+ years of experience in system integration, network infrastructure, virtualization, data storage solutions, and IT Security principles.
  • Ability to travel 10-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Ability to work fully on site in Honolulu, HI.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters degree preferred.
  • Advanced Certifications in system administration (E.g. CompTIA Security+, Microsoft Certified Server Administer, Cisco CCNA, VMware Certified professional) strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Federal IT compliance standards and practices preferred.
